Colour print head not working hp smart tank 585, I just bought and I took very few prints .. I got this issue..

Check the Ink Levels:

  • Refill the ink tanks if necessary.

Printhead Cleaning:

  • Perform a printhead cleaning using your printer's maintenance tools. This can often resolve issues with clogged nozzles.
  • You can usually access this function through the printer’s control panel or your HP printer software on your computer.

Align the Printheads:

  • Sometimes aligning the printheads can improve printing quality. This option is also available in the printer maintenance settings.

Inspect the Printhead:

  • Carefully remove the printhead and check for any visible issues such as dried ink or debris.
  • Clean the printhead with a lint-free cloth and distilled water if necessary.

Print a Diagnostic Page:

  • Print a test page to check the functionality of the printheads. This can help identify which colors are not printing correctly.
  • This feature is available in the printer’s control panel or HP software.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Firmware updates can resolve various issues and improve printer performance.

Reset the Printer:

  • Sometimes resetting the printer can resolve printhead issues. Power off the printer, wait for 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
