My printer is smart tank 529.
I tried to print some photos on a glossy paper that I just bought. When printing the colours are kinda cool.
But the photo doesn't look crisp as it is looking when viewing it on screen. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

@tanmay_singhal, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Choose the right paper type
When printing, select "Photo Paper" or "Glossy" in the print settings.
Make sure the shiny side of the paper faces the print head (usually facing down in rear tray).
Use High Quality
In print settings, set Print Quality to Best or High.
This makes photos look sharper.
Update printer driver
Go to HP’s website and get the latest driver for the Smart Tank 529.
Or open the HP Smart app to update it easily.
Let it dry
Glossy paper takes longer to dry.
Wait a few minutes after printing before touching the photo.
Check your photo file
Make sure your image is high resolution (at least 300 DPI).
Low-quality pictures may look fine on screen but print blurry.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
