Hullo, I would like to first ask if the cartridge in my printer (i use the one retailed at your store) is pigment-based or dye-based ink? And secondly whether my printer can print on heat transfer papers? Thanks

I'd like to help!

The cartridges have pigment-based ink in them.

The printer does not support printing on heat transfer papers.

You may refer to the printer specifications to know the supported paper types.
