Hi - 4 months ago I bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 All in One Printer p whilst I lived in Singapore. It is covered under warranty. I have recently moved to the UK. The printer ink that I use 965 was not available in Singapore nor in the UK so I got my sister to purchase it in Canada and send it to me. When installed, the printer states it is invalid. Whilst the ink is for a 9020 printer, I notice it is coded 962. Indeed in the UK, I see it is 963. How do I get the ink to work in the printer? Working from home, having a fully functional printer and scanner is essential for me. Thanks!

Inks from other countries (zones) won't work. You have to ask HP to reset it. Please use the following guide
