I have Envy 5055 printer which I purchased from USA. As I now live in India, I want to buy a compatible cartridge in India. On product support page it says that I can use cartridge number 803. However I’m getting error “intended cartridges are not intended for use in this printer”.
Do I need to update/change anything to fix this issue or does product support page incorrectly mention 803 as supported cartridge?
