Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 All-in-One Printer

Hi, I have purchased an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 All-in-One Printer in Qatar around 8 months back as I was given work from the Home schedule and I hardly use my printer for printing the Reports once in a week for 4-5 pages only and i have been given this printer from office itself and now the cartridge was empty i tried to purchase the 652 Black and Colour but it's not available in the market as of now and they do suggest for 680 cartridges as a replacement remedy so kindly do let us know if that solution works and what is the procedure for it. and is it advisable to go such way as the number varries?

 

Please do let me know as soon as possible as i am in need for the cartridge as soon as possible.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Replacement ink and toner is available from HP and local retailers.

  1. Go to the HP Store.

  2. Select your country/region and language.

  3. Click Ink & toner at the top of the page.

  4. Follow the instructions to find and order the cartridges for your printer.

Hi Praveen,

 

Thank you for your valuable reply and FYI I have already gone through this step several times and we could not find the cartridge here and moreover, the HP authorized sales centers to recommend connecting with you people to reset the Configuration for my printer with some tools and make use of the 680 cartridges instead of the 652 series.
