I have an HP OFFICEJET PRO 7740 G5J38A printer, it tells me that I am using continuous ink in a cartridge, and that is false. I have tried to contact HP and it has been impossible, I cannot accept that this happens. I would like a solution and an answer. HP SMART for me is a nightmare.

Hello, thanks for helping me, the levels were a little low, about 30% was missing, I took them out and the liquid is still heard when I shake them.
Now removing and inserting the cartridges, another cartridge appears additional to the cyan, now the magenta color has the same problem
