Hi @Pankaj90432,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To adjust the darkness of your copies on the HP Ink Tank Wireless 419, you can try the following steps.
Check Copy Settings on the Printer Panel:
- Some HP printers have a setting for adjusting copy quality or darkness. Look for "Copy Settings" or "Settings" on the printer panel.
- If you see an option to adjust the darkness, reduce it slightly to lighten the output.
Use HP Smart App (if available):
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Go to the Copy option (if available).
- You may see options for adjusting the quality or darkness of the copy. Adjust the setting to a lighter value to see if it improves the output.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Unplug the printer while it is turned on, wait 1-2 minutes, and then plug it back in.
- This can sometimes reset settings and might help if there’s an issue with the internal settings affecting the copy quality.
Adjust Source Document Quality:
- Ensure that the document you’re copying is not overly dark. The printer may pick up high contrast or dark backgrounds more intensely.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
