Product: HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

Installed HP 61XL Tri-color into my HP 4630 printer, as done many times before, but now getting message on printer:

"The indicated cartridges not intended for use in this printer"

I cannot clear message & did a power cord disconnect with no results........if I put in the old cartridge,

it shows no problem......new cartridge has no damage whatsoever.....so, I'm stumped
