There is no simple answer to the question.
First,
Understand how the printer works to help determine whether the task is possible using this printer and your resources.
Does the printer support this print size and the type of paper you want to use?
Reference: Product Specifications for the HP DeskJet 2720 All-in-One Printer (3XV19A)
Section Paper Handling
Do you have the necessary application / software to print the Photo?
General Example - Windows - Microsoft Photos - Photo Print
Photos_Print_Letter-5x7_4
Next,
Reminder: Like most every printer in this DeskJet class, this printer requires a larger margin (1/2 inch) along the bottom edge.
Print Margin Bottom (A4) | 12.7 mm |
Print Margin Left (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Right (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Top (A4) | 3 mm |
The printer does not support Borderless printing.
Borderless Printing | No |
These are hardware limitations -- there is no workaround using any software or app.
Next,
Costs
If you want to do the math, the answer can likely be found.
For example, costs of operation depend on
- The cost of the printer (amortized)
- The cost of the paper divided by the number of sheets of paper in the package
- The cost of the amount of ink used for the individual print --
The amount of ink is based on the color and density of the print

Added for completeness - not likely what you are asking
- Cost of the service used to connect the devices
- Cost of the electrical service for the devices used
- Cost of your time -- calculate it as cost per hour for labor to figure out the answers you want and to complete the print task
- Maintenance costs - equipment, services, location, janitorial
If you understand the basics (first section), you need only decide whether the question is important to whether you decide to print the Photo.
