Good day. I was supplied counterfeit toner cartridges, I reported my case to the police. Police is requesting a letter from an expert who confirms that my toner cartridges are counterfeit. Kindly assist. Thank you.

with this link: HP Anti-Counterfeit and Fraud (ACF) Program  or Contact HP  you will get all contact possibilities.
I hope you still have all the documents:
- ordered where?
or
- bought where?
- Invoice
- Serial number of the cartridges
I wish you every success.
HP will support you.

We tried to report online, but the system is down.

Can there be onother option where l can be helped, for my case to proceed, there should be a letter from an IT Expert.
