As the title states, I absolutely know what the issue is, it's not driver related as most devices were setup today and is related to ALL operating systems, (Mac, Android, and Windows 10) printing black and white, even the test diagnostics page from the printer is in black and white.  The owner of the printer actually told me she turned on black and white mode, but nobody knows where those settings are and I can't find them, or even a basic manual or emulator or even basic instructions.

There is a previous post about this, however the post has a link that's now missing to the information I'm looking for, everyone else's issue was fixed by new drivers, and these are new drivers and confirmed an issue at the printer.  I do not own the printer and HP support is useless in that sense.

Someone give me basic buttons to press on the printer please to either factory reset it, or just simply turn on print colors.

Edit:  To clarify, 7 days ago was the first install on a windows computer only, and has a successful test page printed in full color as well as diagnostics page, the owner specifically stated she didn't know how she did it, so just having this option so hidden and convoluted seems bad.  Worst case scenario I can tell her to throw away the HP and hand her a new printer, I have tones of great refurbished ones, none of which are HP.
