My cyan ink cartridge is not printing from my OfficeJet pro 8025. I have done everything that has been suggested to fix the problem, but I’m able to do it. I cannot seem to find a telephone number anywhere can someone please help?

@AngeRoss, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Use Genuine HP Cartridges
Ensure you're using genuine HP ink cartridges. Non-HP or refilled cartridges may not be recognized by the printer, especially after firmware updates.

Check Ink Levels
On your printer's control panel, touch the Ink Level Indicator icon to check the estimated ink levels. If the cyan cartridge is low or empty, replace it with a new one.

Clean the Printhead
Clogged printheads can cause color printing issues. To clean the printhead:

Load plain white paper into the tray.

On the printer control panel, swipe to Setup > Tools > Clean Printhead.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Align the Printhead
Misaligned printheads can affect print quality. To align the printhead:

Open the printer’s control panel.

Navigate to Printer Maintenance.

Select Align Printhead.

Reset Printer Settings
Resetting the printer can resolve persistent issues:

Turn off the printer.

Unplug the power cord and wait for a few minutes.

Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
