I purchased the recommended cleaning kit
but after removing the cartridge I am unable to see where/how to administer the cleaning fluid to unclog the cyan jet. I need some sort of diagram or more specific guidance about how to access it.
This is following the purchase and installation of a new color cartridge. The yellow and magenta are fine, but no cyan prints at all. This isn't just a matter of streaking so my conclusion is that the cyan jet has become completely blocked. The product levels show the cyan to be at the same level as the other two colors.

Hi @catwingz,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your clogged cyan cartridge!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Run Automatic Cleaning:
On the printer, go to Setup > Tools > Clean Printhead and follow the on-screen instructions.
This may help unclog minor blockages.
Manual Cleaning with Cleaning Kit: Since you have the cleaning kit, follow these steps:
Access the Printhead:
Turn off the printer and unplug it for safety.
Open the printer cover and remove the ink cartridges.
The printhead (where the cartridges sit) is now visible.
Locate the nozzles, these are the small openings where ink is released.
Using the cleaning kit syringe or swab, apply a few drops of cleaning solution to the cyan nozzle.
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to break down the clog.
Gently dab with a lint-free cloth or paper towel to absorb excess liquid.
Reinstall the ink cartridges and close the printer.
Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Print a test page to check if the cyan is working.
If the issue persists, you may need to repeat the cleaning process or consider replacing the printhead if it's severely clogged. Let me know if you need more assistance! 😊

Well, according to the HP tech I spoke with on the phone, the OfficeJet200 doesn't have a print-head which is manually cleanable. If you can see a place to squirt cleaning fluid I would love to hear it.
I've run the automatic cleaning cycle many, many times, and still no cyan. The only alternative he offered me was to get a new printer. 😞
