I received and email saying "HP has recently determined that you may have received Cyan (blue) and/or Yellow cartridge(s) that may have a quality issue "
And they would be replaced.
I haven't received any new ones.
Anybody else not yet had them replaced?

Me too, only it was cyan and magenta. I was promised new cartridges weeks ago and haven't received them.
Also I got a message shortly thereafter from someone allegedly from HP that wanted me to send him my phone number to discuss the problem. I felt that this was not from HP so I replied that he could send me an email. Never heard from him again!

What model printer are you using?
There is an issue with the new lot of HP 910 Cyan/Yellow Cyan and Yellow ink cartridges and they were recalled. If the Cartridge was manufactured in Malaysia and the Warranty End Date is between April 1st, 2022 and September 18th, 2022, please do not use this ink cartridge.

Its an Officejet Pro 6970 it uses 903 cartridges not 910..
I still have the notification in instant ink
You may have received Cyan (blue) and/or Yellow HP Instant Ink cartridge(s) with a potential quality issue. Please refer to the email you recently received for complete information and install the replacement cartridges as soon as they arrive.
But they never have arrived.
But then again I haven't seen any issues anyway so maybe it doesn't matter.

Yes, HP 903 is also affected. If you have still not received the replacement ink cartridges, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here
