Cyan (blue) print issue

I have not managed to overcome this problem with Cyan print issues.  Basically the printer must be operated in "black and white" mode all colour printing is ruined by the lack of Cyan.  I have used up  so much colour ink cleaning the print heads and maybe, sometimes getting a minimum of cyan.  I've used every available cyan cartridge I have and have determined that all cyan cartridges are bad.  Now I think it is a hardware problem.

I give up!!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that all cyan ink cartridges are bad and cyan ink is not printing. 

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.  If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
