I've followed the instructions on 'fixing' the problem and nothing is fixing the  Cyan problem.  It's all pink/yellow and orange.  I've cleaned the printer heads using the program several times.  I use this printer mainly for my office and need this to work ASAP.

 

Thank you for any other options.

@Melao66, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the printer is not printing in Cyan and you have tried cleaning the printheads.

 

Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges. Check the ink levels and change any empty ink cartridges. If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persist, I'm afraid the issue is with the printer.

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
