My HP Officejet Pro 6978 is printing pink where it should print blue.  All the HP color cartridges were replaced on December 16th.  I completed the Printer Maintenance, Clean Printhead, for three cleaning cycles. On the second Clean Again for each cycle, there is an appearance of the cyan color compared to the first and third tries.  I finally went out today and purchased/installed a new HP cyan cartridge.  Unfortunately, the problem still exists.  Is this fixable?  Look forward to your response.

Sandy,

I'm not able to open the private message you sent.  To the top right of this screen there is a megaphone with a red circle notification that is asking if I need Windows 11 help.

I'm using a Mac and don't use Windows. If I click on "Windows 11 Support Center" it sends me to the HP Windows Support Center. I click on "PC Health Check" to see if my PC is eligible for Windows 11. I then get a screen asking "do you want to allow downloads on "support.hp.com? You can change which websites can download files in the Websites section of Safari settings. Cancel or Allow"

My printer does print in color except for the cyan color which prints in pink. All the colors printed correctly until I had to change the color cartridges on December 16th.  I've cleaned the printhead 3 separate times (3 times for each cycle).  Even though the blue isn't printing correctly, its still using the ink.

Sandy,

I'm not able to open the messages that you are sending me.  The mailbox icon shows a red circle with the number 2 which are the messages you've sent me but nothing happens when I click on it.

Hi Sandy,

My son was able to open the messages that you've sent me as I wasn't able to.

I did the semi-full reset on the printer per your instructions.  The blue ink is extremely light or missing from the alignment page so I'm getting an "unable to detect or read the alignment page" message.
