When printing quality diagnostic the color cyan is not printing

I have a similar complaint.  Just purchased Cyan ink for my hP8035 printer on 5/14/2023 from Office Depot.  The Cyan cartridge will not work.  It's happening again!

After placing the new cartridge in, the message says "Cartridge Problem.  Cyan - One or more cartridges are missing or damaged..."  I believe that the brand new cartridge is damaged.
