Suddenly Cyan color is not printing. The results came when I did diagnostic printing. Tried all the measures like Clean Ink Smear, and Clean Printhead level 2, but no luck. The inks are full for all colors.

Hi @Saumyadip,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the cyan color on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 is not printing despite trying basic troubleshooting steps like cleaning the printhead and running diagnostics, the issue may be related to the printhead or ink flow. Here are additional steps to try:
1. Verify Ink Levels
- Ensure the cyan ink tank is full and the ink has not thickened or settled over time. Shake the ink bottle gently (if unopened) before refilling to mix it properly.
2. Check the Ink Nozzle for Blockages
- Open the printer and inspect the cyan ink flow system.
- Check the tube leading from the ink tank to the printhead. Ensure there are no air bubbles or clogs.
- Perform an Ink System Cleaning (if the printer supports this option) via the printer software or app.
3. Manual Cleaning of the Printhead
If automated cleaning doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to clean the printhead manually:
- Remove the printhead (consult your printer's manual for steps).
- Place the printhead on a clean, lint-free cloth with the nozzles facing down.
- Dab the nozzles gently with a damp, lint-free cloth using distilled or filtered water to clean dried ink.
- Allow the printhead to air-dry completely before reinstalling it.
4. Perform a Printhead Alignment
- Run a printhead alignment using the HP Smart app or printer software.
- This ensures the printhead is correctly positioned for all colors to print properly.
5. Check for Firmware Updates Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Ensure your printer firmware is up-to-date. Updates can fix bugs related to ink flow or printing.
6. Perform a Power Reset
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Wait for about 10 minutes.
- Reconnect the printer and turn it back on.
7. Print a Nozzle Check Pattern
- If cyan still doesn’t appear, it might confirm a clog or printhead issue.

I hope this helps.
