I received an email that some of cyan cartridge were not working properly and a new one would be sent to me. I have replaced the cyan cartridge twice, cleaned the print heads twice and unplugged and restarted the printer. The blue looks ok on the sheet that prints after the print head was cleaned but when printing a photo on ordinary paper, there is multiple areas with large swaths of pink between every section of blue. I have a case number and received an email on Nov 17, 2020 that new instant ink cartridges would be sent to me but the info on the email stated that they would arrive on Nov 4. I did receive a set of cartridges, and for the 2nd time replaced the cyan and something is still malfunctioning. Apparently no new cartridge will be sent since the Nov 17 email, referenced Nov 4. Thank you for your assistance.

I spoke to the HP support team via a phone call today. After attempting various tests and a reset, it was determined that my cyan printhead was damaged and I have to replace the printer. It is two years old and out of warranty. My ink cartridge was #902. Apparently there was a problem with these in October and it was corrected. Unfortunately, this doesn't address the problem people are having with #910.
