Cyan ink

My Cyan ink is not printing so I can't print an alignment print page. I've cleaned the heads through all 3 levels 3 times already. What can I do now? I have the HP printer ink subscription, but after cleaning it 3 times and trying to align it several more times, my ink levels are really low. Is this how HP makes their money by offering substandard ink and printers?

I understand the printer is not printing in Cyan. Have you tried using an alternate ink cartridge if available and check if the issue persists?

By this, we can conclude if the ink cartridge is defective or the printhead.

Ok, when I get home I'll put in the pink cartridge as I've seen that print ok and see if that prints or not.

@imstan

 

I believe the issue is with the Cyan ink cartridge as per your post. You will have to install an alternate Cyan ink cartridge. Replacing the Magenta will not help.
