LaserJet Pro M283
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My LaserJet Pro is only 8 months old. I have just replaced the toner cartridges with new HP toner cartridges as the supply status said very low. The status still says very low and the test print cyan is printing Green. I have tried all the Print and Scan doctor suggestions . Any ideas.

I understand the printer is not detecting the new ink toner. Let us try these steps:

 

Make sure the ink toner is properly seated. You may refer to - Replacing Toner Cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document and Fixing Poor Print Quality

 

Update the printer firmware and restart the printer.

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
