Hi - I've been having recurring problems printing cyan on my printer.

I subscribe to HP Instant Ink and all of the inks are full.

I have carried out printhead cleaning level 3 twice and the cyan is still not printing correctly.

This is my third HP printer - ultimately with the other two I scrapped them as the Cyan ink stopped printing.

Is there a fix? Is there a reason that it is always the Cyan that seems to fail/block the printhead? Is there a temperature range that the printer needs to be at to work consistently?

Thanks

@AliCdog, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the printer is not printing in Cyan. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

The recommended operating temperature range is 15 to 30°C or 59 to 86°F. However, the temperature is not causing this issue as only the Cyan is affected.

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document-  Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue.

Have you used a new/alternate Cyan ink cartridge to check?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
