I have a HP Envy Photo 7655' which now does not print cyan. I have done all the recommended cleaning procedures to no avail. When I blot the tricolor cartridge on paper towel I see only magenta and yellow. Print quality test show cyan absent. It appears that cyan no longer in cartridge. I do not have a replacement and would like you to send me one quicklly to see if that remedies the problem

Hi @MannyD2,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems that the cyan ink in your tricolor cartridge has run out or is clogged. You can order a new one through HP's website or a nearby retailer for quick delivery. Here are some steps you can take.
- Purchase a Replacement Cartridge: You can buy the HP 64 or HP 64XL tri-color cartridge, which is compatible with your HP Envy Photo 7655. Check HP's official site, Amazon, or local stores like Walmart or Best Buy for fast shipping options.
- HP Instant Ink Subscription: If you are subscribed to HP's Instant Ink service, you can request a replacement, and We will send one to you as part of the subscription plan.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi @MannyD2,
Thank you for your response,
To request a new cartridge from HP Instant Ink, follow these steps.
Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account:
- Go to the HP Instant Ink website and log in with your account credentials.
Check ink status:
- Your printer should automatically order new cartridges when your ink levels are low. However, you can manually check your ink status by clicking on your printer under the "My Account" section.
Request new cartridges manually (if needed):
- If your printer hasn't ordered ink but you need new cartridges, visit the support or help section within your HP Instant Ink account and request a cartridge replacement.
If you have an active subscription, HP will send the cartridges without any additional charges, as long as your plan covers the usage.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
