Cyan is not printing in documents

 

In the print quality report, test page it prints fine but not in documents (see link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EJo5lpBbsw9WsaZRKfubKBktCkS2KNL-/view?usp=sharing)

 

Cartridge changed twice. Can't see anything obvious in cartridge area to indicate a fault and not error messages from printer

 

Happened before a couple of months ago but changing the cartridge resolved it. I don't have any more cyan cartridges at the moment (am on Instant Ink)

 

A bit baffled by it printing on quality report but not in documents

I had completed all those checks except for cleaning the print cartridge which I've now done. I've also run the print quality report again and to level three cleaning but nothing has changed. The print quality page shows all colours perfectly but still lots of white streaks when printing documents that need cyan in them

This seems to be an issue with the cartridge.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
