Tried all steps known to man to get it working, cleaning etc and cyan still won't print.
I suspect it's dried up, of course the status says the ink is still full - is there another way to get sent new cartridges when I am signed up to the ink plan?
Any other options?
Thanks

Can you help me too, same issue Cyan not printing, cleaned heads twice, run alignment etc, new cartridges tried, no Cyan showing on test pages at all. Its a HP office jet pro 6960 and I'm on instant ink so its sending me ink thinking i've used it but just coming out like a peachy colour?

This thread has been marked "Solved" so it is probably not monitored anymore.
I posted a similar problem and have not received a solution.
You should have received an email from HP in October telling you that they would be sending you new Cyan and Yellow cartridges that would solve the problem.
For myself and a couple of others they did NOT.
Someone from HP posted a reply to my thread that said since the new Cyan and Yellow did not solve the problem it was a problem with my hardware, an HP 6968. Well, since I've seen people with many different models posting that the new cartridges did NOT solve the problem, I doubt it is a problem with my hardware.
I haven't tried contacting Tech Support as suggested because I don't want to go through the hassle to be told that I have to pay for support (maybe the policy has changed but last time I tried to contact them the only support I could get was by paying) and that my printer was out of warranty anyway.
I plan to "solve" the issue by buying an 8035e. Not sure what the current promotions are, but at one point they were a 2-year warranty (instead of 1) and at least 6 months of "free" ink. I think at one point it was 1 year of free ink. Staples may have an "exclusive" on this model but I've seen it on the HP site. Staples offers and extended warranty that may be worth the extra expense. Talk with your local store's staff. You may find out that the plan can be used to nearly replace the printer before it expires.
If your printer is still under warranty, contact Tech Support. You may be able to get them to replace the entire printer since the cartridges that are supposed to fix the issue don't.
Good luck.

Thanks, it's defo out of warranty as its just over 3yrs old. Just so bloody annoying that its only the one colour and everything else works ok. Tried the new cyan cartridges, yellow was working fine, wonder if I still need to change that at the same time too though, still has 3rd left?

I have the same problem. I managed to "chat" with an HP staffer who arranged for me to receive another cyan cartridge. (I have Instant Ink.) However, this cyan cartridge does not print at all, either.
Interestingly, with the previous cartridge, I cleaned to Level 3, and did not see any evidence that cyan was there. However, HP Smart showed a drop in the cyan level. I can't imagine where the ink is going.
Same thing with the new cartridge: print cleaning to Level 3, new cyan printing nothing but the ink level dropped anyway. Very frustrating. Since this discussion is marked "solved," I must join those who will "solve" this problem by ridding myself of the one that doesn't print cyan, and acquiring a new printer. Could this be HP's plan? I hate to be even considering that!
