Same Cyan problem  I have an Officejet 6962,  installed NEW ink cartridges (all colors), and now the cyan wont print. ???

Home/personal use only/new ink cartridges installed 3/16/2022/clean printheads/OK yesterday...no go today

I forgot to add that my alignment is off..... well, the alignment maintenance will not finish.  My 6962 cannot scan the test page. It will scan other stuff, but will not scan/complete the alignment portion/

Same problem, but with pink.  I have followed the virtual assistant advice, warranty expired 2 months ago, finally the virtual was assigning me to a live agent, but nothing ever happened after that.  No live agent.  Wasted an hour on this.  Ready to scream. Tried to get help through the HP Facebook page, "author" immediately replied not to list problems on there.
