No cyan printing. other colours incl black are perfect. Always used HP Genuine cartridges.Have just replaced ALL cartridges (replaced cyan twice) and cleaned printer heads 11 times. Have also cleaned cartridge vents. Have also cleaned the copper connections using lint free cloth. While its out of warranty, the printer has only printed, 5k pages in total and of these 2.5k were colour so I dont think would be fair to say the product is 'end of life'....at those volumes it should only be starting. Any advice please?

- Does the copy print out the same way?
- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable to your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

1) Both Copy and print functions not using cyan ink
2) Have tried via outlook, word, powerpoint
3) Tried from MAC, PC and Surface hardware

I have worked through the print quality issues document
At this stage, I've consumed 2 cyan cartridges trying to fix but not a hint of cyan on the paper 😞 ....driving me mad
