Product: HP Envy Photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The color cartridge was getting low so I replaced it. Afterwards I notice that the cyan was not printing. Most of the blues printed dark red. I replaced it with another new HP 64 and did not help anything. I did the print head cleaning numerous times, did not help. A suggestion I tried, I soaked the cartridge in warm water for a bit and patted it dry. The paper towel showed all three colors. Still not printing correctly.
