Whenever I go to print no cyan is printing, and therefore the colors are off, there is clearly cyan ink available, ink available with no air bubbles in the tube, and when I open it to try to clean off the printer head, the printer head will not move to the middle however, it will still print other colors. Help?

I’m having a similar issue with the cyan (new cartridge, all other inks work.) These instructions don’t work for my 6978 all in one, b/c the ink dock is not accessible when the printer is off. I tried the above steps as closely as possible, but I had to remove and replace cartridges with power on. I have cleaned print heads multiple times, cleaned for smudges, cleaned and leveled the cartridge itself, and still get no Cyan, which means I can’t align the printer, which is what I need in order to print legal docs. Anything else I can try, maybe something more specific to this printer? Thanks.
