Product: HP Envy 4500

Darn!  I bought the wrong cartridge from Walmart.  Got it home, opened it to install, and realized I should have bought 61.  I bought 65 XL.  Grrr.  I'm sure Walmart won't take it back since I already opened it.  Any suggestions?  I don't think the two cartridges are interchangeable from what I've read.

I understand you bought the incorrect ink cartridge for the printer. Yes, they are not interchangeable. It will not work.

Yes, the stores will not take it back if it is opened from its packaging. It's the same with HP.

 

Kindly buy a compatible ink cartridge from online Hp Store or a local store to resume printing.
