I am supposed to received $40 in free in with my purchase. Don't need HP to monitor my printer, can just contact them when I need ink. Can not get through to HP support (to ask for some ink) as my Dashboard say printer exchanged. I never exchanged the printer. I gave the auto system (hate those things) the model & serial number but since it says it was exchanged it will not allow me to contact support. Suggestions? Thank you.

How? I could not find an email address. Every time I try to access support I get blocked telling me this printer has been exchanged and therefore has no warranty. Please re-read my original post and send me your email address. Thank you
