Dear community,
I have bought a 62XL cartridge as usual, and after 2 pages of printing it was no more able to be recognized by the printer. The A.S.service of the shop where I bought it, told me to contact HP but it's impossible : it seems there are no more human advisors for a long time, just an AI introduction.
Do you have any idea to contact them to have a refund ? I use my printer for work.
