What I need is the phone number of the regional support office so that I can get a replacement for a defective ink cartridge.
After replacing a magenta cartridge I find my images print mostly pink. If I clean the heads a couple of times it prints fine. After waiting about 24 hours the pinkish images return. I had this same issue about a year ago with a different cartridge and was able to get the regional support office to provide a replacement. That fixed the problem.
Now, I can't get a contact number to report the defect. I keep getting in phone tree loops or website loops that come back to the same place. I'm getting pretty fed up with the poor support HP provides.
