I installed all new HP cartridges and am getting an "defective cartridge" error message. I searched online and see that HP is replacing these cartridges. My printer is out of warranty (only a couple years old), but it looks like I'm not eligible. If it's an HP CARTRIDGE ERROR, why does it matter if the printer is still in warranty??? It's a CARTRIDGE ERROR!
