New HP62 black ink cartridge installed. Error message that cartridge not correctly installed. Removed and tried again, and again, and again. Never worked. Installed a second new HP62 cartridge and printer immediately started working. First cartridge with MALAYSIA MAY 2024 on package obviously defective in some way. Please advise how I get my money back for this bum cartridge.

I will ask to have your case escalated so your defective cartridge under warranty can be replaced.
