Product: HP ENVY 5642 e-All-in-One Printer

I purchased a 62XL black cartridge at Staples as a replacement but I received the INK CARTRIDGES PROBLEM error. Staples will not take back the product because the package is open. After going thru the tips from the virtual assistant the problem was not resolved so I purchased another Black 62XL cartridge at Walmart since I had an immediate need to use my printer & it worked fine. Obviously, the cartridge was defective & I would like a replacement.
