I put a brand new Genuine HP 61 black ink cartridge in the printer, and it would not even properly print the alignment page. I went through the troubleshooting instructions, cleaning the print head, etc, all to no avail.  We purchased ANOTHER brand new Genuine HP 61 black ink cartridge, and it is working fine, as it should! Of course the retailer will not allow returns or exchanges on opened products, so the expensive useless cartridge just sits on the shelf, reminding me of the poor quality product.  Do other people experience quality issues with their Genuine HP cartridges, and is there a remedy available? Thanks!
