I have a defective new hp 62XL black cartridge that is within its warranty period. HP Support does not have a path for exercising the return and/or replacement of the defective cartidrge. I am seeking instruction for the replacement of the "under warranty" ink cartidge

I cannot find the "Still need help?" option and therefore cannot fill out the form. Also, I cannot find the HP contact options to get a phone number. Can you provide the specific links for these items. PLEASE!
I am very frustrated and disappointed that it is so hard to get HP to stand behind the warranty on their print cartridges. I buy genuine HP cartridges for significantly more than I can buy other replacements but this lack of service is making me reconsider.

Hardware replacement or repair is done by the HP phone support.
I have sent you a private message with the required information to talk to HP Support.
