I need a warranty replacement for an HP 75 print cartridge defective out of the box. How do I get this support?
The HP customer support site seems to be unresponsive for such an easy support action.
How does somebody get to someone at HP to resolve a defective ink cartridge issue?

Where did I buy it? Some on-line seller no doubt via Amazon. Without digging into my old Amazon purchases, I can't quite pinpoint the seller.
No, at this point, I have not contacted the seller. I was waiting to see if there was actually more assistance via this forum prior to digging into purchase files.
It was a typical on-line order.
I figured the easiest thing to do was to prowl around in the HP website, maybe find a good telephone number, talk to a CSR and resolve it between me and HP. But, no, I never found a phone number.

On the bottom of web page you have how to make a claim

And at the bottom of that link is:
How to make a claim, or return an HP Inkjet product
If a problem with an HP Inkjet product occurs, visit the retailer, call the regional customer support phone number listed on the product insert, or click Contact HP on this page for more support options.
The retailer is an on-line seller. There is no telephone number on the product insert and by clicking the CONTACT HP option, I get into a loop which does not offer me an email contact address nor a telephone number.
I wish it was as simple as you may think it is, but sorry, it isn't.
Considering the low cost of these HP75 print cartridges, one might think HP would have a centralized warranty process or on the other hand, again, considering the low cost of these print cartridges, about $30, making it difficult for a customer to get a warranty replacement, the customer will simply buy a new cartridge and be done with it.
One of the beauties of being retired is that sometimes I can deal with the time factor better than the return on investment on time vs money.
