I just installed a new HP 902 cartridge with expiration date of Dec. 2021, which resulted in a printer error message: "Printing is unavailable because the indicated cartridge(s) are defective." Going to www.hp.com/contactHP was no help, as my printer warranty has expired. How do I contact someone for a replacement cartridge? My printer cannot work until I install a new cartridge.
