Bought several HP 67 cartridges from Amazon for future use. One of them produced an error code on my printer, the others did not. They cost nearly $30 each. I contacted Amazon to get a refund or replacement on the defective cartridge, but it is out of their return period. They told me to contact HP about it and gave me this web site. I tried to call the HP number they gave me and it is not taking calls. I tried to talk to an HP agent on here through virtual assistant, but virtual assistant does not direct to an agent. There are no phone numbers listed to call. Very frustrating. I would like my money back on this defective cartridge and am also wondering why HP is selling defective cartridges on Amazon. I have had to spend nearly an hour on trying to get my money back on this defective item. It should not be this difficult. Thanks.

Looks like this requires a ink replacement.
Unfortunately, there are no further actions we can take through this channel. I recommend reaching out to our phone support for further assistance.
1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
