HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

Purchased a 3-pack of 962 ink cartridges, replaced the yellow at the time of purchase with no issues.  When the cyan was depleted, upon installation the printer (9010) repeatedly ejects the cartridge and gives an error message that the carriage is damaged.  Time frame from original purchase to current date is outside of the retailer’s return period.  But cartridge gives a warranty ending date if 2024/08.  Retailer says to contact HP for replacement, but I can’t find anyway to request a replacement on the HP website.
