HP Recommended

I just purchased a 64XL ink cartridge brand new from Walmart and installed it and said to take out and reinstall as it wasn't installed properly.  I did that multiple times and still getting that error so I replaced with another new cartridge and worked fine so first replacement is defective.

 

Do I just take back to store or how do I get replacement please?
