Hi. I ordered a genuine HP ink cartridge (63XL) via Amazon. I order these ahead of time and keep them on hand. Today I installed one that appears to be defective. I have gone through all the steps multiple times, and I'm still getting the same error message. When I reinstall the old cartridge, the error message goes away. HP Support says to go back to the place where I purchased the ink to get a replacement, yet Amazon directs me to HP support. Can you please save me from wasting any more time and tell me how to get a replacement cartridge sent? These things are $60. Thank you.
