I purchased a HP 62XL ink cartridge from Best Buy a couple months ago. When I went use it I keep getting an error message. I put another new cartridge in and it worked fine. Took the bad one back to Best Buy and was told they have a 14 day return policy and couldn't do anything about with the defective cartridge. Don't buy cartridges from Best Buy unless you plan to use it in the next 14 days. Does HP stand behind defective cartridges?
