I bought a replacement 63XL black cartridge HP 63XL Ink Cartridge, Black (F6U64AN) on Oct. 9 at Walmart for $45.89. My HP DJ 1112 refused to recognize it. I put the old cartridge back in. The printer recognized it. I put the new cartridge back in and received a "Cartridge problem" error message. I cleaned the contacts on the cartridge and the printer and continued. At one point, I managed to print a test page on which only the bottom half of characters printed. At this point, I continue to receive a "Cartridge problem" error message. The power button is constantly flashing. The date on the bottom of the cartridge is 2025/05/14.followed by a "Y" . The package says Malaysia MAY 2025. I need a replacement cartridge.
It is now 10/23/3023 16:27. I've received no reply. What does one have to do to get a replacement cartridge?
It is now 10/26/3023 11:21. I've received no reply. I think I will buy another brand of printer.
