After inserting a new HP 62 black ink cartridge, the printer states that the cartridge was not inserted correctly. I tried reseating the cartridge several times but received same error message. I reinserted the old empty 62 cartridge and I did not receive the error message. I cleaned the contacts on the new cartridge per the troubleshooting instructions, but the error message remains. Therefore, the new cartridge appears to be defective. I would like to get a replacement cartridge, but I cannot seem to find a direct contact at HP.
Any ideas on who to contact?
