I have a MFP M148DW (4PA41A). Don't print much. Just put in a brand new HP toner cartridge that I bought a while back. Date 20210120. I'm getting stray marks on the page. I tried running a cleaning page, twice, and that didn't work. I'm down to a mark showing on the right side for 3 lines (at least on the cleaning page.)
I know it's the cartridge, because if I put in the old cartridge it doesn't have those lines.
How do I get HP to replace this?

You need to return it to place of purchase.

In the event the cartridge proves defective, the customer should package the cartridge in the product box (or something similar) and provide name, address, phone number, place of purchase, and a brief description of problem and if possible attach a supplies status page and print sample illustrating the defect. If there is an HP case number, this should be included as well. The paperwork and cartridge should be returned to the place of purchase, where a replacement may be given.
